Over the last four years we have researched to find exemplary organisations who have developed the theories, models and lesson plans which could be brought together into a program which would dramatically impact the lives of our township based beneficiaries.

McKinsey Report (Education to Employment)
A global study on education and youth employability identified the key skills and competencies required by youth in order to improve their employability. Our programs have been designed around developing these traits in our beneficiaries in order to improve their chances of being gainfully employed.
Understanding Needs: Human centred design and Rapid Prototyping
The Human Centered Design methodology is being used by cutting edge innovators around the world to develop impact driven initiatives in a way that is centred around the needs of the beneficiary and co-created in partnership with them. Through rapid prototyping we are able to fast track the learning process of our organisation and improve our programs based on the feedback received.
Sustainability: Building a Replicable Model
Based on Michael Gerber’s methodology for creating scalable organisations we ensure that all of the actons taken in at our pilot centre(in Imizamo Yethu) can be replicated in a community with little or no resources to support a typical after-school program. This approach has prepared us to scale our solution
